Ingredients
  

Almonds

  • 200 g Dry Roasted Almonds
  • 15 mL olive oil
  • 15 mL lime juice
  • 5 mL cayenne pepper
  • 5 mL garlic salt
  • 2 mL table salt

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Mix together oil, spices and salt.
  • Add almonds, and toss through until well coated.
  • Transfer to a lined baking tray, and spread out into a single layer.
  • Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes, turning the nuts half way through.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  • Store in an air tight jar for up to a week.

Notes

These almonds are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to a week in an airtight container.
