Cauliflower Florets

  • 6 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder Seasoning Mix
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt Adjust per taste
  • Dry or fresh herbs for garnish Optional

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  • Wash, dry completely, and cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets. Toss the cauliflower florets with curry powder, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and salt.
  • Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between florets for air circulation. Set air fryer to 375°F for 12 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • It should be golden brown and sizzling once done. Remove promptly and serve warm immediately.
  • For oven: Place seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the baking tray, preheat oven to 400°F, and cook for 15 minutes, tossing every 3-5 minutes.

Notes

Oil or oil spray is optional; use it for oven baking to retain moisture. Various seasonings can substitute for curry powder.
