  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced; more or less to taste
  • ½ lemon juice only
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to the required temperature.
  • Prepare the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillet in the dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Dot with diced butter.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
