  • ½ cup brewed chamomile tea cooled

Fruit and Sweetener

  • 1 large ripe banana peeled and cut
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Liquid Base

  • ½ cup milk or your preferred milk alternative

Optional Additions

  • ice cubes for a colder smoothie
  • dried chamomile leaves for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Brew ½ cup of chamomile tea. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, peeled and cut banana, honey, milk, and ice cubes. Blend the mixture on high until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves and/or a slice of banana. Your banana chamomile smoothie is ready to be enjoyed, sip and relax!
