Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup dried tart cherries
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 jalapeno peppers seeds removed and diced
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, cherries, almonds, peppers, onions, celery and parsley. Taste and season more if needed. This can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It tastes better as it sits.

This recipe is great for making ahead and can be served on sandwiches or with crackers.
