  • 1 cup croutons Add just before serving to maintain crunch
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved for a pop of color
  • 1 small red onion Thinly sliced; adds flavor and crunch
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Preparation

  • Wash cucumbers and cherry tomatoes under cool water.
  • Dice the cucumbers into small cubes, slice the cherry tomatoes in half, and thinly slice the red onion.

Mixing

  • Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the chopped lettuce, diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and the sliced red onion.

Dressing and Serving

  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently fold in the croutons just before serving.
  • Serve immediately for the best crunch.

Notes

For best results, avoid mixing in croutons if storing leftovers. Keep the salad fresh and enjoy it cold or at room temperature.
