  • 2 scoops PEScience Vanilla Protein
  • 90 g Reduced fat cream cheese

  • 3 tablespoon water

  • 28 g white chocolate chips
  • ¾ teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 piece Cookies and cream sandwich cookie

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until it reaches a flour-like consistency.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, blended oats, and crush the oreo sandwich cookies. Mix well.
  • Combine the cream cheese with the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Slowly add in the water until it reaches a cookie dough like texture.
  • Using a cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  • In a microwave safe bowl combine the coconut oil and white chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds and continue in 10 second bursts until it’s melted.
  • Drizzle on top of the protein balls. Next crush and add oreo cookie on top of each protein ball.

Notes

Adjust sweetness if desired by adding sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit, and control the consistency by adding water gradually.
