Pasta

  • 150 g macaroni

Meat and Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 brown onion diced
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 carrots peeled and diced

Soup and Sauces

  • 40 g french onion soup mix sachet
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce

Cheese and Peas

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a saucepan, cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add beef mince and cook until browned. Stir in diced carrots, french onion soup mix, and tomato sauce.
  • Add frozen peas and cooked macaroni to the skillet, mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with grated cheese, and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
