Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 3 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced, sprinkled with lemon juice Honeycrisp apples recommended
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 peach, peeled and diced Can substitute with nectarines or mangoes
  • 3 tablespoon strawberry preserves Plus more as needed

Preparation

  • In large bowl, gently mix all chopped fruit together. Make sure your apples are sprinkled nicely with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add fruit preserves.
  • Taste and add more fruit preserves if needed. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar if you’d prefer.
  • Cover fruit salsa and chill in fridge until serving.

Notes

You can substitute the strawberry preserves with any other flavor, such as raspberry. Serve with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
