  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat lightly.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cauliflower. Toss everything together until all florets are evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overcrowd the pan; use two sheets if necessary for better crisping.
  • Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender inside and lightly browned and crispy on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven. If using, immediately toss with fresh lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure your oven is fully preheated before placing the cauliflower inside. If you prefer a stronger garlic flavor, add ½ teaspoon of garlic powder to the butter mixture. Parsley or dried Italian herbs can be added with the Parmesan for color and flavor.
