Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and salt, then gradually mix in sweetened condensed milk until a thick dough forms.
  • Add peppermint extract and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • Knead dough on a lightly sugared surface until soft.
  • Roll to ¼ inch thickness and cut into discs.
  • Chill patties for 30–45 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate gently and stir frequently.
  • Add coconut oil if using.
  • Dip patties into chocolate and coat fully.
  • Place on parchment and add sprinkles.
  • Let set until chocolate hardens.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Chill patties before dipping for clean coating. Adjust peppermint extract to taste.
