Ingredients
  

Shrimp and Seasoning

  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined 21-24 count
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt for the cooking water

Filling

  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter plus more to grease the pan
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese

Breadcrumb Topping

  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

Steps to Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 2 ½ quart casserole dish or skillet with butter.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning. Add the shrimp and cook for 30 seconds. Remove and let cool, then drain any water.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with mayo, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir in cheeses and transfer mixture to prepared dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over the shrimp mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes until center reaches 145°F. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown crumbs. Rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by spreading filling in the pan, cover, and refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer.
