Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • cup honey
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz. fully cooked, frozen meatballs

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Add the meatballs and toss to cover with the sauce. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Add salt and pepper if needed. If desired, top with sesame seeds, chopped parsley, or cilantro. Serve as an appetizer or main dish over rice or as a sandwich.

Notes

If you like more sauce with meatballs, double the sauce ingredients. For a little spice add 1-2 tablespoons sriracha. I like to add a little garlic salt. (From my Trader Joe's garlic salt grinder.)
