Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana broken into pieces
  • cup unsweetened oat milk or milk of choice
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder preferably vanilla, optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine banana, milk, strawberries, ice, peanut butter, and protein (if using) in a blender or high-powered blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

If using vanilla protein powder with sweetener, no additional sweetener is needed. Consider adding 1 teaspoon honey or another sweetener if desired.
