  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

For the salad

  • 1 cup chicken finely diced into ¼-inch pieces
  • ½ cup celery diced into ¼-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoon cranberries
  • ¼ cup walnuts toasted and chopped into ¼-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon chives

For the base

  • 24 pieces phyllo shells pre-baked

  • Dice the chicken and celery into ¼-inch pieces, set aside. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet for 3-4 minutes and chop. Chop chives finely and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add chicken, celery, cranberries, walnuts, and chives to dressing and fold gently until evenly coated.
  • Spoon chicken salad mixture into phyllo shells, filling generously. Dust with black pepper and garnish with fresh chives.
