This Winter Pomegranate Feta Salad features a delicious homemade dressing and comes together in less than 10 minutes, making it a perfect side dish or meal.
Make Dressing: Add all the ingredients for the pomegranate salad dressing to a small bowl and whisk together until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Salad: Add the spring mix to a medium size bowl or plate. Layer the spring mix with all the salad toppings (walnuts, feta, red onion, pomegranate seeds and avocado).
