  • 2 pieces apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 2 tablespoon honey for dressing
  • 1 Tb dijon mustard for dressing
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for dressing
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, minced fresh or frozen for dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon salt for dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper for dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine spinach, apples, dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
